'ASPIRE, ACHIEVE, ADVANCE' Women's Leadership Programme
Moving into a senior position can be far more lonely and isolating for women than for men. KAMAKA provides support to individuals, particularly high achievers and emerging leaders, helping them to develop specific new skills as they move into positions of greater authority and responsibility.

- First 90 days in a new job/role - i.e first management role.
The programme is a 90-days intensive, modular programme focusing on core competencies in leadership. Modules include:

Power Up Business Success Programme
This programme is focused on helping managers and business owners to develop core leadership and management skills for business success. A 3 month programme focusing areas including:

- Creating a 'company culture' with the workforce valuing enterprise, excellence and creativity in business
- Planning and developing an effective teams
